Quick update
A couple of back to back 15hr weeks in the bag. 100mile bikes this past two Saturdays and a 17mile and 15mile run on the Sunday.
Starting to feel stronger. Certainly feel more confident than this time last year.
I had to miss the Broadsman as I had a sore back. Entered the Viking at Fritton instead. So first tri of the season this Sunday. Can't wait.
Viking is 1900m swim, 60mile bike and 13mile run. After that it will be an easy week before one more hard week and a two week taper.
A few of us at Tri-Anglia are going to try and get into IM Frankfurt next year. Iconic race. Should give me something to train for over the winter.
I bought a pizza oven!
