Happy new Year!
So thats Xmas done and dusted. My plan was to use the break for some long bike rides and runs. That didn't happen as I was ill for a fortnight. Shit Xmas really. No SBR, no drink. Just generally lay about feeling sorry for myself. Still at least I haven't put any weight on.
Ran yesterday. 5 slow miles. HR was high but that was expected due to lost fitness and illness.
Santa brought me a Garmin Edge 810. Really wanted this for the navigation. Should make the long solo rides a bit more interesting this year.
So back to training now. Plan written for January. Onwards and upwards!!
