SWIM
Comments:
Time includes 30 sec run to T1. Best swim I have ever had in O/W. Drafted ok when I had the chance but mostly solo.
What would you do differently?:
Nothing
TRANSITION 1
Comments:
Always a struggle as you run out of T1 and mount line is 300m away (which is included in bike time). Lots of pebbles and grass in bike shoes!
BIKE
Comments:
Time is always slower as it contains run into and out of transition. About 300m each way. Also drive back into park has speed ramps so you lose about half a mile out and the same back.
TRANSITION 2
RUN
Comments:
Really good run. I thought I was going to cramp after about half a mile (right knee again) so I had to monitor my pace a bit to control it.
